Crossfit athlete Kevin Ogar severed his spine in a gruesome accident. He was working out when the bar he lifted unintentionally hit a stack of weights behind him and bounced back directly onto his back. The video is quick but his injuries are everlasting. He is now paralyzed from the waist down because of this accident. Let’s all hope for a strong recovery somehow from this. Hit the jump for the video.
