Former Friends star Courtney Cox’s 1920’s French Normandy “starter” home she bought before the Friends fame just hit the market for $1.549 million. “The 3,832 square foot home, which resides on a 10,410 square foot lot, boasts five bedrooms and four and a half baths and is located on Appian Way in the 90046 zip code.
