AT&T won’t appeal after all a data throttling case it lost in small claims court to a customer, one of a growing number of lawsuits against companies for reneging on marketing claims. Tech Talk News: German Court Throws Two cases Between Samsung and Apple

  A Manheim regional court in Germany today threw out two patent disputes between Samsungand Apple: the first regarding Apple’s infrigement on Samsung’s 3G/UMTS technology, the second regarding Samsung’s use of slide-to-unlock gesutres on its devices.
