Kid Cudi had been battling his daughter’s mother in court for full custody, but it looks like it’s a battle he just can’t win. They’d been going at it for well over a year, with Cud even buying a crib in Chicago just to be closer to both his daughter and her mom. He claims he’s been giving lots of money for his little one, but the BM has countered that, saying he’s full of it and provided “sporadic and inconsistent amounts” of support, on top of the fact he was never around, “has violent tendencies and a long history of consistent drug and alcohol abuse.” Sheesh. In the end, Cudi didn’t get his way, and allowed his ex to take full custody, will him getting visitation rights and having to pay child support. Perhaps it’s for the best? Marisa Mendez

Score! Britney Spears’ Crazy Ex-Manager’s Case Against Her Gets Thrown Out By The Judge!
Team Britney has scored a major win today, as the ongoing case with her toxic (pun intended) ex manager Sam Lutfi has finally come to an end! For now, at least. The judge residing over the case feels like Sam didn’t provide any evidence that the Spears’ team (as Britney’s affairs are managed by her father in the conservatorship) did anything wrong in letting him go a couple years back. His lawsuit was specifically on grounds that “various members of the Spears family had defamed him, attacked him and breached a management contract he said he had with Britney.” When testifying, his goal was to make Britney look like a crazy drug addict, and that he was the victim. However, the judge said no dice and his case has been thrown out. Of course, he plans to appeal. Shocker. Marisa Mendez
(Video) Damn, Chris Brown’s Lawyer Sonned Him In Court Today!
Chris Brown appeared in court briefly today for a routine hearing for his probation, stemming from the 2009 Rihanna incident. All went well, as he was cleared for a world tour and had no issues with his community service, but a bit of a funny moment popped up when Chris tried to add his 2 cents to the matters. Tech Talk News: Samsung wins Patent Case Against Apple Again
Another court ruling has again said Samasung has not infringe on Apple patents. More than likely Apple will apply for an appeal in the Dutch courts as they usally do when they lose a court case to Samsung.
