Modern Family Star, Ariel Winter Wins In Court Against Her Own Mom
Ariel Winter was back in court against her mom, who was trying to force Ariel to do therapy with her mother. Ariel refuses to go, and the judge sided with the 15 year old actress most known for her role on Modern Family a popular television sitcom. The judge said he couldn’t force a teenager to have a relationship with their mom if they don’t want to. Ariel has already been placed into her sister, Shanelle Gray, after courts found evidence of their mother emotionally abusing her. So now I suppose the mother is just trying to get a hold of Ariel any way she can, but Ariel doesn’t want any thing to do with her and I don’t blame her.

Maybe getting arrested and having to go to court does have it’s perks?! On Wednesday night LeBron James made another return to Cleveland and the big story (besides the streak) was that a kid rushed onto the court trying to send a message to LeBron. LeBron actually responded positively to the kid, James Blair, when it happened and gave a nice pat on the head before he was rushed off by security. Well James Blair has now got a ton of followers on Twitter, is being asked to do interviews & even got a response tweet back from the man himself — LeBron. Not only did LeBron respond to James’ tweet, but he also started following him! Seeeeeeee LeBron’s not such a bad guy! Lindsay Lohan continues to push the buttons of the legal system and one day, she’s going to push the wrong one. Despite the fact she’s been in and out of courtrooms for NUMEROUS violations over the last few years, she’s managed to dodge jail every single time, but her luck may have just ran out. The troubled actress has a court appearance set for 8:30AM PST, and she only caught a flight out of NYC a couple of hours ago. The reason being…she missed her first one, and then got up and left off of the second one she was on, just minutes before take off. She then sat around JFK airport texting any and everyone she knows, and finally managed to catch a private flight from the good people at Mr. Pink. She’s set to touch down at 8:11AM in Van Nuys…but has to make it to court in 19 minutes in L.A. rush hour traffic. That’s a joke! If she’s late, the judge could issue a bench warrant. We’ll keep you updated!
