Benjamin Kohler who is 26, was doing jury duty in Oregon for an armed robbery trial. He was sitting through testimony when the lights dimmed to show a surveillance video for the courts. The dimmed lights revealed a glow on his face, it would appeared that Benjamin was using his phone.

Am I the only person who is sick to my stomach everytime I hear more about Kim & Kris? I feel like barfing while I write this, however it may soon be coming to an end. The former couple are scheduled to be in court today for a settlement hearing. If things go well, everything may be discussed and finished today which I would love to hear. Kris Humphries may of just cost himself big time in the courtroom and in his wallet. He was supposed to be in L.A. this morning for a settlement resolution meeting between himself and Kim Kardashian. Geez Kris, of all the things to miss, your gonna miss the meeting about the settlement?? The meeting was mandatory for all parties involved so no excuse is going to please the Judge.
