According to a report from TMZ, Kanye West has filed legal documents to produce a cosmetics line under the DONDA umbrella.

Last summer, M.A.C. Cosmetics revealed that they’d be releasing a collection honoring the late Selena, set to arrive this year. Today, we finally have a preview of what to expect, as well as its release date – October! “I wanted the colors to be about her personally, what she wore on and offstage,” Selena’s sister, Suzette Quintanilla, says. “She has been gone for 21 years already, and for this collaboration to happen, it’s pretty much incredible. It just shows the love her fan base has even though she’s gone; that her music still lives on and her legacy has grown tremendously since she’s passed. Kardashians Being Sued Over Cosmetic Brand Name?!?!
The Kardashians can’t keep themselves out of the courtroom for one reason or another, it seems everybody is after that Kardashian coin. Since they announced their plan to launch a cosmetic brand “Khroma” they have taken heat left and right over the name. First, Michael Rey a co-owner of the Beverly Hills Cosmetics line Croma Makeup threatened to sue them, boasting 12 years of hard work in the industry and A-list clientele. Now Lee Tillet of Kroma Makeup a Florida based cosmetic company is now suing the Sisters for what they see as an attack on their potential growth as a company. Tillet trademarked Kroma back in 2010 and is seeking potential damages from the Kardashians after their guaranteed $6.2 Million Dollar deal with lower level retailers across the country to put the Khroma brand in their stores.
