Four suspects have been taken into custody for the fatal carjacking at Short Hills Mall, that left a beloved husband shot to death. Dustin J. Friedland and his wife, Jamie, had just finished holiday shopping when he was attacked and shot 4 times. Friedland never got a chance to question nor fight off his attackers, who stole his 2012 Range Rover. When the thugs demanded his wife get out of the car, she happened to get a glimpse of one of their faces. Friedland died at the hospital, with Jamie by his side, as a result of his wounds. Police now have the 4 suspects: 32 year old Basim Henry, 31-year old Karif Ford, 33 year old Kevin Roberts, and 29-year-old Hanif Thompson. The four suspects have been hit with multiple charges, including murder, carjacking, and conspiracy. They are allegedly part of a carjacking ring in New Jersey. The stolen Range Rover was found behind a house in Newark on Monday. To see news footage of this story, click below.
