How oblivious can a teacher be that she didn’t notice one of her students in distress in her own classroom. The female student with mental disabilities was allegedly gang raped under a desk while the teacher was in the same classroom. Sadly the girl reported the crime the next day to her officials in Elmont, NY and it was dismissed.
