Hot 97 Morning Show: Pusha T Addresses Lil Wayne Beef With Cipha Sounds, Rosenberg & K. Foxx
The G.O.O.D Music Crew stopped by the show today and we had to ask about the beef some of them have with Young Money. Common and Drake had a rift and has since made up but more recently Pusha T and Lil Wayne were supposedly going at one another exchanging subliminals on their records. Big Sean is one of the hottest rappers in the game right now but he may have crossed the line by calling himself “B.I.G.” in the ad-libs of “Clique.” Many hip hop fans, including myself and clearly Peter Rosenberg, feel that the only rapper who should be called “B.I.G.” is the late, great, Notorious B.I.G. I’m sure Big Sean didn’t mean any disrespect by the line, but I can see how some people could get offended by it.
