After just celebrating what would’ve been Tupac’s 43rd birthday last week, Chuck D has posted a picture on Twitter of a letter that Pac wrote him back in 1995 while he was in jail. In the letter Pac discusses signing to Death Row, his great love and respect for the Public Enemy rapper and what he learned from him while they were on tour.
