Psy has been breaking records left and right with their smash hit “Gangnam Style” but at the 31st annual “Christmas in Washington” charity concert, performing for President Obama, the First Family and various other beltway guests he gave the smash hit a nice little holiday spin. The concert, which benefits the Children’s National Medical Center, aired Friday night on TNT and was taped on December 9th. Other performers included Diana Ross, Smash star Megan Hilty, American Idol winner Scotty McCreery and host Conan O’Brien. RUSS B
