A basketball fan in New York City is claiming JR Smith shoved and choked him at a pizzeria in the city after the fan reminded JR that the Knicks traded him away. The incident allegedly happened last week when the Cavs were in town to play the Knicks.
WTF? Man Chokes On WHAT In His Orange Juice From McDonald’s?!
When eating at McDonald’s, it’s never a dull moment (in more ways than one.) A German man named Klaus Geier claims he was drinking some orange juice from Micky D’s back in 2012 along with his chicken sandwich and fries when he noticed there was no straw in the bag. He began to guzzle the OJ he purchased from the San Fernando McDonald’s drive-thru. According to Geier, he began choking because he felt a large object shoot into his throat. It turned out to be a 4 inch valve that he believes was apart of the orange juice dispenser. After ripping the object out of his throat, Geier’s lawyer is claiming his client caused permanent damage to his esophagus. According to the lawyer, Geier can either undergo a risky surgery that could possible result in his voice being lost forever or he can live with it and have a raspy voice with constant mucus build-up. Mcdonald’s reps had no comment on the situation thus far.

Maybe we all have a little bit of Latrell Spreewell inside of us. You know, that part of us that just wants to choke the life out of someone. Well Renaldo Balkman is feeling like that these days, but it’s gonna cost him. Balkman who was drafted by the Knicks, and played a total of 6 years in the NBA with the Knicks and Nuggets, now plays professionally in the Phillippines. During the championship game of the league, Balkman missed a shot and felt he was fouled but got no call. That is when he decided he needed to foul the refs and one of his teammates. Huh?! Rick Ross’ MMG Imprint Moves To Atlantic Records…Where YOUNG JEEZY Is Senior VP of A&R!
Hmm, this is an interesting move. Here’s the situation: as we all know, Rick Ross and Young Jeezy have been feuding for quite some time. The beef really came to a head at this year’s BET Hip-Hop Awards in September, when the pair got into a bit of a scuffle backstage. Yesterday, Ross had an interview on Miami’s 99 Jamz. In the first segment, he discussed the reasoning behind the cancellation of the remaining dates of his MMG Tour. Shortly after that video hit the web, the second part came out…and he discusses the beef with Jeezy, saying that choking him is “an option.” Uh, yikes! Then the station tweeted a bombshell: Ross had announced he’ll be merging his MMG imprint with the label that Jeezy was recently announced Senior VP of A&R at, Atlantic. Though Ross as a solo artist remains at Def Jam, MMG had been signed to Warner. I doubt Jeezy will have any say on anything MMG, but it is an interesting move to say the least.
