The death Of Eric Garner and how he died has sparked a debate among everyone on whether the actions taken was based of his racial profile. Reports released by the Medical Examiner stated that Garner died due to the pressures from the chokehold around his neck. Fed up, NYPD unions have come together to rebut the report! Eric Garner’s Death From NYPD Chokehold Ruled A Homicide!!!
Wow. All doubts regarding the videotaped death of Eric Garner, the 43-year-old Staten Island man who was killed by NYPD officers, should be gone. What we saw was true, according to officials. The cause of death was due to “the compression of his chest and prone positioning during physical restraint by police,” said medical examiner spokeswoman Julie Bolcer. More info after the jump.

Remember all of the commotion the #MyNYPD hashtag had? Well, it looks like those pictures weren’t too far off — especially after the summer we’ve had. Case and point: Eric Garner. But what you’re about to see may be the icing on the bitter cake of inhumanity. According to numerous reports, police are investigating the arrest of a 27-year-old pregnant woman from East New York. Rosan Miller’s police encounter began when they saw her grilling on the sidewalk; a violation of local law. For some reason a scuffle occurred, leading to the arrest of Miller’s husband and brother while she was slapped with a summons for disorderly conduct. During the scuffle, cell phone video caught what looks like the arresting officer put Miller — seven weeks pregnant — in a chokehold. The NYPD prohibits the use of chokeholds. Relatives Bury Eric Garner A Week After Dying From NYPD Chokehold!
Eric Garner’s family said goodbye to the 43 year old father of six children during a ceremony at the Rosedale Memorial Park Cemetery in New Jersey. Garner died after cops used a chokehold to arrest him. Read more on the story after the jump!
