The Chicago Bulls and Miami Heat series has been chippy and physical. It’s clear that these two teams don’t like each other and they’re fighting hard to make it to the next round of the playoffs. Game two included 51 personal fouls, nine technical fouls, one flagrant foul and two ejections via @ESPN_Numbers. Throughout the Chicago Bulls and Brooklyn Nets first round matchup I’ve gone to the Barclays Center and watched the players do their pre-game warmups. I’ve watched Bulls guard Derrick Rose participate in shootaround, run drills and even hit a couple dunks. As I watched him look like he was preparing himself for the comeback, the truth is he’s not. Whoa buddy. You better slow down there Joakim. The way things have been going for Chicago lately, guaranteeing a win is the last thing he should be doing. The Bulls at one point were up 3-1 in the 7 game series, but after last nights loss to Brooklyn, it is now tied 3-3 and headed back to BK for the deciding game. NBA: Derrick Rose’s Brother Says He Could Return For Round 2 Against the Miami Heat
The Chicago Bulls defeated the Brooklyn Nets 142-134 in triple overtime to go up 3-1. They have a chance to wrap things up on Monday at the Barclays Center and could move on the next round and face the Miami Heat.
