“Mommy got a spanking with a belt,” said the 3-year-old son of Bianca Tanner, 31, who went missing weeks after she moved in with her boyfriend, Angelo Smith, in Charlotte, NC. The toddler also added that “Angelo kicked mommy’s butt and made her cry.
