Rob Kardashian got into a scuffle with a paparazzi in the parking lot of a private gym earlier this year, and the pap made the decision to sue him for it. Now the youngest Kardashian has been officially charged, however, both are misdemeanors. He’ll likely walk away with some fines and a slap on the wrist.
Strip Club Assault Charges Against Trey Songz Dropped
Strip clubs and dolla bills, Trey still got his money. Trey Songz was arrested and charged with assault back in August, after a NYC stripper claimed he threw a bunch of money at her face and caused “substantial pain to her left eye,” but a judge has determined he’s not guilty. Prosecutors decided they couldn’t prove he did anything illegal, so the charges have been dropped. It was honestly a ridiculous lawsuit to begin with!
Kevin Hart Was HOW Much Over The Legal Limit When He Got A DUI?!
Kevin Hart was charged with a DUI a few weeks ago. Police say that Kevin almost slammed into a truck while driving at about 90 mph in his Benz and that he was “driving erratic.” Kevin didn’t try to deny the DUI and told the same story that police did. The comedian is now facing a year in prison if he is convicted of the two misdemeanor counts of DUI-but that almost never happens to a first offender. 2 Chainz Is Off The Hook In Weed Case
2 Chainz was arrested for weed possession back in February, but he’s been cleared of the case. Cops found weed on his tour bus in Maryland and took him to the station…and they actually ended up posing for photos with the rapper! Yesterday, a judge on the case determined there was not enough evidence to prove the weed found was his. Truuuu!

Earlier this morning, news broke that legendary rapper Too $hort was arrested and charged with both a DUI and felony drug possession. Paparazzi were right there upon his release this afternoon, though, and he seemed a bit confused about the charges. The booking sheet he was given only listed the drug charge, when he thought it was also a DUI. However, this doesn’t mean he only got one. TMZ explains that cops tend to book people on the highest charge, and then leave the remaining charges to the D.A.’s office, however it decides to prosecute.
