Ludacris just copped a nice $4.8 million crib in the Hollywood Hills, so the rapper/actor is unloading some other property that just isn’t quite necessary any longer. Luda just unloaded a 2 bed, 2-bath West L.A. penthouse condo $830k…a nice little come-up since he paid $669k for the place back in 2002. He also sold a 2nd unit in the same building, though he lost a couple hundred grand on that one. Check out pics of the money maker in the gallery. It’s pretty…regular, no?

Reese Witherspoon has put her California mansion on the market for $10.5 million, while also selling an adjacent parcel of land for a cool $3.5 million. The gated two-story, 5-bedroom Spanish-style crib features a guest foyer, formal living and dining rooms, library, terraced lawns, spacious patios, an outdoor fireplace and a swimming pool and spa. FADER Magazine’s Summer Music issue cover holder Ty Dolla $ign recently opened his doors for the mag to get a peek at how he’s living in their latest episode of “At Home With…” Go inside Ty’s apartment in the Hollywood hills as he shows off his vinyl collection, some cute favors from Wiz and Amber’s wedding and the living-room studio where he made “Paranoid” and a majority of his Beach House mixtape series (as he prefers to record alone versus the big “show” that ends up being inside a studio.)

As rumors of a split continue to swirl around T.I. and longtime wife Tiny, a new move Tip just made seems to speak to them even more. The ATL rapper just copped a new home in the Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta…even though he and Tiny have a house nearby already. Apparently, the new home is just two minutes from where he records, compared to his usual 40 minute ride home after a night in the studio, and that was the motivation behind the new purchase. Hmm! My absolute fave, Melissa Joan Hart, just purchased a new single-family home in Studio City, CA for $949k that she will share with her hubby and their three sons. This adds to her ‘collection’ of property that also includes a vacation home in Lake Tahoe and their main home in Westport, CT. The new Cali location is so that MJH and her family (who she’s always upset to leave when she has to go film ‘Melissa & Joey’ for extended periods of time) can be together in a convenient location while she’s filming the ABC show. The 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is literally down the street from CBS Studios, and rests over 2,364 square-feet with a large den, high ceilings, a large front yard and more, in “one of the most desired neighborhoods in the Valley.” In related news, MJH recently signed on to represent Nutrisystem, and has had an AMAZING weight loss with the program. The ads begin airing April 21st, but you can see her progress (along with pics of her new home) in the gallery. Go girl!
