Elementary School Kids Smoking WHAT?!?
Fourth & fifth grade students in a South Carolina school were caught smoking and inhaling Fun Dip and Smarties. At least 31 boys and girls have confessed to smoking the sweet treats creating a sugar puff. Letters have been sent to their parents. Check out the details after the jump.
