The NFL signed a deal with Bose therefore outlawing and banishing the popular Beats By Dre headphones. Well the players don’t seem to care and are wearing them anyway. San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick was the first to get fined $10K and next up will probably be Cam Newton. The Panthers’ quarterback was seen doing his pregame warmups with Beats By Dre headphones over his ears and ESPN cameras rolling.
