NFL: Ray Rice (@RayRice27) Speaks Out Against Bullying

Thank you Ray Rice for doing this. I think it’s important for celebs/athletes to help mentor our children and lead them in the right direction. Ravens star Ray Rice took to Facebook in the wake of the shooting at Perry Hall High School to speak out against bullying and urge kids to befriend the lonely.  Saying he was “pretty much moved to tears” by news of the shooting on the first day of school, Rice wrote at length, urging kids to be nice to one another. A 15-year-old sophomore, at a suburban Baltimore high school, who made references to a murder-suicide has been charged as an adult with attempted first-degree murder and first-degree assault. School Suspends Bus Bullies & Sets Rules Protecting Bus Monitors

Greece Central Schools in Greece, NY has announced that the four students who bullied bus monitor Karen Klein have been suspended from the entire school district and they have set rules protecting bus monitors from being bullied. The four students also have to complete 50 hours of community service with senior citizens and complete an anti-bullying program. Read more below. Julie1205


Teacher Fired After Having Kids Line Up To Hit The Class Bully

A teacher in Texas thought it would be a wise move to allow 20 students to hit the classroom bully. The teacher’s move got her rightfully fired after parents were outraged that she thought the decision was a good one. Another teacher, who suggested the punishment, was put on administrative leave. 7-Year-Old Dead In Apparent Suicide After Bullying At Elementary School
