The Brooklyn Nets debut was nothing short of amazing, they not only pulled off a win with owner Jay-Z and Beyonce in the building, they also revealed their new mascot the “Brooklyn Knight “or “BrooklyKnight”. Clearly a play on words as most residents of Brooklyn refer to themselves as Brooklynites. Like their team, the mascot isn’t ordinary, it was designed by Marvel and has it’s own comic book. NBA: Deron Williams Playing Through Ankle Injury Might Need Surgery After the Season
Brooklyn Nets point guard Deron Williams believes he “might” need surgery after the 2012-13 season to “clean up” his left ankle. Williams has missed the last two practices due to inflammation in his left ankle, or what the Nets are calling left ankle synovitis.
