Team Britney has scored a major win today, as the ongoing case with her toxic (pun intended) ex manager Sam Lutfi has finally come to an end! For now, at least. The judge residing over the case feels like Sam didn’t provide any evidence that the Spears’ team (as Britney’s affairs are managed by her father in the conservatorship) did anything wrong in letting him go a couple years back. His lawsuit was specifically on grounds that “various members of the Spears family had defamed him, attacked him and breached a management contract he said he had with Britney.” When testifying, his goal was to make Britney look like a crazy drug addict, and that he was the victim. However, the judge said no dice and his case has been thrown out. Of course, he plans to appeal. Shocker. Marisa Mendez
