The nephew of Steven Avery, Brendan Dassey is finally about to be released from prison. Back in August we found out that it was going to happen but there were a few things that had to be squared away first, especially being that there was an appeal going on. We now see that the judge has officially Okayed the release but with a few fine prints.

Brendan Dassey will not be getting out just yet even though a judge threw out his conviction. The Wisconsin Attorney General has decided to appeal the decision to overturn Dassey’s conviction on grounds that authorities violated his rights by interrogating the then 16-year-old without an adult present.
