Information regarding the Boston marathon bombings continues to come in, even after the death of one suspect and the arrest of the other. By now we all know what happened. Two brothers Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev set the bombs off during the race. They had the city of Boston on edge for 72 hours during which point they killed a campus police officer, car jacked someone, had a shootout with police which led to a massive manhunt that ended with the arrest of the younger brother. Turns out Mercedes-Benz had a big part in helping police locate the suspects that night. They car jacked the wrong dude! His Mercedes M class was equipped with MBrace, which is a feature that can call for help in the event of an accident or track the vehicle in the event of a theft. When the man was able to escape the suspects, he ran to a gas station and called police. With his permission, they contacted Mercedes and activated the system and were able to track the suspects exact location, which is what led to them being found and a huge shootout that killed one of them. This was a big break for residents of Boston and also New York, because they had planned to drive that stolen car to the Times Square area and set off more bombs. Read more after the jump.
Female DNA Found On Boston Marathon Bomb
Female DNA has been found on one of the bombs used during the Boston Marathon bombings. A fingerprint and DNA were recently lifted off of a bomb fragment. It is so far unknown if the fingerprint was there before the bomb exploded or if the fragment was touched after the explosion. The FBI is currently questioning all females that could have been in contact with the Tsarnaev brothers, including the widow of Tamerlan, Katherine Russell. The female DNA was found on the pressure cooker that held the bomb. Read more below.
Dzhokhar Tsarnaev Transferred To Federal Medical Detention Center
Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has been transferred to a federal medical detention center after being captured last week for his involvement in the Boston Marathon bombings. Tsarneav was held at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center were he was treated for wounds he sustained after a shoot-out with police that lead to the death of his brother, Tamerlan. After tension in the medical center because many of his victims were being treated there and the need for stronger security, Tsarnaev was transferred. Read more below.

New Yorkers finally have a reason to have love for Boston. In this case, it’s having love for the Boston Police department for finding the bombing suspects. Police investigators from Boston & the FBI have reported that the Tsarnaev brothers were planning to bomb the Times Square area of New York City last friday, the same day a huge manhunt was underway for the younger brother who managed to escape Police the night before when the older brother Tamerlan was shot and killed. New Details Emerge About The Gunfight That Lead To The Death Of Tamerlan Tsarnaev
Early Friday morning, police had a stand-off with Tamerlan and Dzhokar Tsarnaev that lead to Tamerlan being killed and Dzhokar being on the run. Although we had some information as to what kind of car they stole, that Tamerlan was dead, etc. there were many rumors circulating of a suicide vest, explosives, an arsenal of guns, and more. Boston Bombings:(Update) Dead Suspect Was A U.S. Olympic Boxer & Liked America??
More information is being released about the dead suspect in the Boston Marathon bombings. 26 year old Tamerlan Tsarnaev came to the U.S. in 2003 from Chechnya and had a love of boxing. The story gets crazy. This man, who may be responsible for causing harm to as many Americans as he could, was actually a member of the U.S. Olympic boxing team for a while. Say What?
