There is nothing worse than being excited or amped up for something, only to be disappointed when the moment actually arrives. That is exactly what happened to Richard Sherman last night in the NFL season opener as his Seahawks took on the Green Bay Packers. Going against a great quarterback in Aaron Rodgers had Sherman excited to play against that high level of competition, but instead he found that he could of stayed home in bed and watched on television. Seattle won easily 36-16, and part of that reason was because Rodgers never even looked to the side of the field where Sherman was lurking. Check out the graphic after the jump. In the end, Rodgers was probably pretty smart for not throwing in Sherman’s direction.
