UPDATE: 12/16/2013 – 1:40pm All things seem to be okay. Two (Thayer and Emerson Hall) of the four buildings evacuated are clear for students to return. Students were still on campus to finish final exams, but those tests has been postponed until this afternoon. 12/16/2013 – 10:06am It’s a bomb scare at the prestigious law school. Harvard University has evacuated at least four buildings this morning, due to unconfirmed reports of bombs. Police are on the campus, and an investigation is underway. Yikes! And we thought the lines at the stores was the only thing to worry about? A Walmart in White Plains was evacuated for 2 hours, after receiving a bomb scare on Friday. Store employees received two threatening phone calls around 1 p.m. Public Safety Commissioner David Chong stated that bomb sniffing dogs searched the store, but didn’t find anything suspicious.
