While Major League Baseball is bringing the fight to Alex Rodriguez regarding his suspension, he is bringing the fight right back to them. While his lawyers and baseball are meeting all this week and probably next week as well in regards to either upholding his 211 game suspension, he has filed a lawsuit against MLB and commissioner Bud Selig.
