Billboard Names Nicki Minaj The “2011 Rising Star”
Another accomplishment for the HB to add to the list! Nicki Minaj has been named Billboard’s “Rising Star” for 2011. The Rising Star Award acknowledges the Nickster’s “phenomenal year” and will be presented at the Billboard Women in Music Event on December 2nd in the city that never sleeps! PETA plans on slamming Kim Kardashian with a huge billboard addressing her love for fur. PETA never does things in a subtle way so they certainly wouldn’t handle Kim K’s fur loving subtly either. The billboard will be up in December at the intersection of Beverly Boulevard and Sweetzer Avenue in West Hollywood. The billboard will read “Kim: These Babies Miss Their Mother.
