Justin Bieber Tops Elton John In What?!?
Justin Bieber now officially has the highest-certified single according to Billboard for “Baby”, topping the previous record-holder Elton John for “Candle In The Wind.” It had been certified 11 times platinum, but Billboard has now changed the way they score best sellers.
