An Oregon woman who tried to circumcise her 3-month-old son with a box-cutter was sentenced to five years probation and ordered to get her head examined. That Sh*t Cray! She definitely needs to have her head examined after this one but her facing no jail time is absolutely cray cray! But then again Casey Anthony served no time for killing her child. Ash_Bankz
