Kim Kardashian and Kanye West haven’t even moved in to their new Bel Air mansion, but they’re already getting offers on the place! The couple bought it right around the start of the new year for $9 million, and they’ve gotten 3 offers…one worth $10.5 million…for it because people want it so badly! However, despite reports to the contrary, they’re not interested in any offer, as they’ve already begun the remodeling. With a baby on the way, the last thing they need is the hassle of looking for another place!
