Police showed up and a day-long “standoff” occurred, as Brown awaited a warrant, as well as the arrival of his legal team. The case still has to see a courtroom, and likely will be thrown out, as no evidence has been produced thus far, and all witnesses have corroborated Chris’ story.

LAPD Didn’t Even Have A Case To Present To The D.A. Yesterday For Chris Brown’s Scheduled Arraignment
TMZ just published a story with the headline, “Chris Brown’s Lawyer: D.A.’s Got Zilch on My Client; LAPD Says Not So Fast,” which would imply that the LAPD have revealed they have evidence in the case. This isn’t quite true, and once again just goes to show the vendetta that site has against CB! Basically, the LAPD does confirm the investigation’s “in full swing,” but interestingly enough – the D.A. was not prepared for the September 20 deadline (yesterday,) where Chris was supposed to be arraigned. In fact, cops haven’t even presented the file to the D.A.!
