President Obama has called on Congress for new and tougher restrictions on the assault weapons ban including 10 round limit on magazine clips. Also, he trying to bar the possession and importation of armor-piercing bullets and to require criminal background checks for every single gun sale that’s being made. It’s about time someone is putting their foot down. This is something that the government should have saw coming and fixed way before the gun thing got out of control. Obama shows us his 23 step plan towards anti-gun violence. Starting with 1. Issue a Presidential Memorandum to require federal agencies to make relevant data available to the federal background check system. Then, ending with 23. Eric Ulrich originally declined to sign the petition, however he read more into it and then changed his mind, which make him the only Republication to have signed. “I believe in the Second Amendment,” Ulrich said, but there’s no reason people need AK 47s or bazookas. #True. A Judge denied Apple request on Monday to ban 26 Samsung smartphones, even though the courts said Samsung infringed on patents that Apple had. On the other hand the judge also denied Samsung a motion for a new trail. Right after Apple filed another lawsuit stating that Samsung’s newer Smartphones infringe on Apple patents.How many times can these 2 go to court for the same thing in different countries. Authorities in Long Island are considering a ban on energy drinks in Long Island because of the deaths that have been caused by the drinks over the years. Although energy brand’s spokespersons have said that the drinks are safe , people in Long Island are still concerned.
