This dude must think this is the new style of having a plow attached to the front of his truck. Obviously at some point just before this video starts, this big truck must of collided with the smaller car, possibly at an intersection or something. For some reason, the truck driver is literally driving (at a very slow rate, but still) with the small car stuck to the front. Whatever happened to staying at the scene of the actual accident. At first I though the truck was just sitting still and it was the camera man that was moving, but there is a point where the camera stops and you still see the truck heading forward, smh. I have no clue what this dude is thinking, but here check it for yourself after the jump.
