Another day, another celeb who owes money to the IRS. This time it’s our guy Nas, who according to the state of Georgia’s Department of Revenue, he needs to pay up $571,550 for his 2007 income. This breakdown amounts to $425,842 in back state taxes, a $60,000 penalty, $57,000 in interest and a $71,000 “collection fee.” With all these successful investments he has going on, however, I’m sure Esco can take care of this quickly! Trey Songz Owes About $1 Million In Back Taxes
It looks like R&B crooner Trey Songz has been added to the long list of celebrities that owe Uncle Sam. The IRS hit Trigga with a $748,870.08 fee for back taxes that he owes to the government. Tremaine Alson Neverson was hit in Miami with a tax lien and they aren’t going to stop until they collect their money. Hopefully he can pay everything off quickly before more problems arise from this. SMH!
Birdman Owes $2 Million To The IRS For Back Taxes!
Enterainment artists literally never seem to have any luck with Uncle Sam. Unfortunately for YMCMB’s founder Birman, he’s added to that list of unlucky celebs, too. He recently had to cough up a total of $1,942,400.58 to the IRS for unpaid back taxes for one in December of 2014 and the other in February of 2015, as if he needed more financial woes in his life despite all of the drama surrounding Lil Wayne and his Cash Money clique. There have been no reports thus far confirming whether or not Baby paid up for what he owes, but I would assume so being that he’s not in jail yet.
Lil Wayne Owes HOW Much To The IRS In Back Taxes?!
If my taxes were this high, I wouldn’t want to pay them either! Unfortunately, it doesn’t quite work like that – and Tunechi better pony up before Uncle Sam comes for blood! Earlier this year in Miami, the IRS filed a tax lien for taxes owed from the Young Money CEO for 2011 and 2012 for a grand total of $12,155,084. (That comes out to $5,843,952 for 2011 and $6,311,132 for 2012.) Sheesh! It didn’t stop there, though. Shortly after, the IRS filed another lien in Weezy’s hometown of Jefferson County, Louisiana. This is because Wayne currently owns property there, which the IRS is planning to seize if he doesn’t pay the $12 million! That’s a LOT of money, but I think Tune probably has that!
CRAZY! Jermaine Dupri Owes HOW Much To The IRS?!
Clearly, Jermaine Dupri has to find a better accountant or money manager. After being ordered to pay $500K in Georgia state taxes and another a $3 million tax lien in 2006, the mogul is being hit by the IRS yet again!
