On June 9, Lil Kim gave birth to a baby girl named Royal Reign with her beau Mr. Papers by her side at Hackensack University Medical Center in New Jersey. Earlier this week, the happy family were spotted leaving what was reported as the hospital, saying Kim had had an extended stay because she was recovering from a c-section. Not sure how entirely true that is, but they look happy regardless! Congrats!
