Joe Budden doesn’t have to be at a concert to #TurnUp! In fact, just enjoying brunch in the Washington Heights section of NYC is enough for the rapper/reality star to hop into a crowd of people he doesn’t know and trust them enough to carry him across the room! LOL! While attending the “Brunch Bounce” event at Apt 78 yesterday, Joey did just that, and of course it was captured on film! He also took to Twitter to laugh about the crazy stunt.
