Tech Talk ALERT: Google Maps Coming To iOS Soon, To Be Just As Good As The Android Version
The Wall Street Journal is reporting that there is now a test version of the Google Maps app being used outside the company. Google is working on a new version of their Maps after Apple showed them the door in the iOS 6 update & since Apple’s version of Maps aren’t that great, this isn’t a bad look at all. Just a few months ago Apple was riding a high wave, back in May the stock was at a all time high and then in August Apple was named the most valuable company in the world. A few months later an Apple engineer said that Apple had hit it’s peak. Seems like the Engineer could be on to something. Since the release of the iPhone 5, Apple stock has dipped an amazing 25%.
