Customers who ordered Apple’s newest 27 inch iMac will now have to wait until Januaary for them, this is according to 9to5mac. When Apple announced the 27 inch iMac back in November they said it ship somewhere between 3 to 4 weeks. Tech Talk News: Judge Wants To Lower Samsung $1 Billion Payout To Apple
A judge is considering to less the blow for Samsung and reducing that $1 Billion. The judge believes Apple and Samsung can come up with a suitable amount. At the moment didn’t say how much she would cut from the $1 Billion payout or what she will do about the Samsung ban also. Samsung requested that the Judge cut more than half of what Apple won. Tech Talk News: Apple Licenses It’s Software And Hardware To HTC
It looks like Apple and HTC are playing nice (or forced to play nice by the courts) but Apple gave HTC the go ahead to use some of their patents but not the ok use their design likeness which is understandable, and that’s one of the bigger problems Apple has with Samsung. I’m sure HTC is happy with the agreements they have with Apple, because if you remember earlier this year HTC had a problem at US customs as it was discovered that their One X phones infringed on some patents.
