Parts of Alabama’s Immigration Law Suspended By Appeals Court
The Obama Administration formally asked the appeals court to block Alabama’s Immigration law earlier this month. Earlier today the federal appeals court announced that they will be suspending parts of the law while considering banning it all together. It could be months before the court has a final decision about the law. The Alabama law is considered the toughest immigration law in the country and has caused quiet a stir.
