The sequel to the hilariously amazing movie Anchorman was announced about a year ago, and now as we get closer to its release, more details are being revealed! The guys have yet to go into production, but we do know that the entire original cast signed on and it will hit theaters on December 20th. And today thanks to castmember Christina Applegate, we found out someone new has been added to the cast…and she’s such a perfect fit! Find out who below.
‘Anchorman 2’ Gets A Release Date!
After years of hopes and rumors, Anchorman 2 is finally going to be hitting theaters and relatively soon! Will Ferrell and the entire cast said a while back that they would be down to do a sequel to their hilarious comedy and now it’s actually happening. The movie called, Anchorman: The Legend Continues, will be bringing back the Channel 4 News team as well as a love interest for Brick Tamland almost ten years after their original movie. There’s more good news: there will be a song included in the movie! I’m not sure if it’s going to be as great as “Afternoon Delight,” but we’ll have to wait and see!
