Vic Mensa was pissed off recently when he tried to catch a flight from LA to Chicago. Let’s just say he’s not the biggest fan of American Airlines anymore, especially after being delayed for 5 hours and seeing disrespectful employees blacking right in front of his eyes. Somewhere in the story though he had to get escorted out of the plane and deal with the FBI. Check out his crazy story after the jump.

This is wear our reliance on technology gets a little scary. American Airlines has been using iPads in place of the standard reference manuals in cockpits for years. However last night “several dozen” American Airline planes were grounded because pilots iPads crashed. Apparaently right before take off the pilots iPads went black which meant the pilots did not know the flight plan and could not take off. See what happened to these planes after the jump

Woman steals $10,000 worth of mini liquor bottles from American Air lines. Juanette Cullum a cleaner at JFK had 1,429 unopened mini bottles of liquor,19 Kindles,7 iPads and 2 laptops which she admitted to stealing.

I feel your pain Wale! As someone who uses my phone right up until the plane taxis for takeoff, I can understand Wale’s frustration in being kicked off his American Airlines flight for having his phone on. The situation was apparently calm between Wale and the pilot until the cops showed up, and then they kicked him off. He vows to be done with American Airlines for good. This week American Airlines became the first major carrier to use iPads to replace tons of flight manuals. The program is called Electronic Flight Bag and contains all paper revisions to terminal charts.
