Amazon has opened up AutoRip to include Vinyl. Customers who have bought records off of Amazon.com can now get a free MP3 version of the Vinyls. The company launched the AutoRip service in January and it already allows customers to get the MP3 version of their CD’s as far back as 1998.

AT&T Is Getting A New Tablet!!!
AT&T announced that the company will be getting Amazon’s Kindle Fire HD 4G LTE 32GB tablet. The device will hit shelves on April 5. Customers who purchase the $399 Kindle Fire HD 4G LTE with a two-year data plan agreement at AT&T retail stores will receive up to $150 off, for a limited time, lowering the overall cost to $249.

Amazon announced that it has acquired Goodreads, a site that helps readers and book recommendations find and share books that they love. Goodreads was founded by Otis and Elizabeth Chandler in 2007 and Amazon said the company’s headquarters will remain in San Francisco, CA. The site has over 16 million members and has over 525 books added with 23 million reviews.
