Pat is 31 years old and got diagnosed with the syndrome last year and brought tons of awareness and MONEY to a great cause over the last couple of months with his social media campaign. Being nominated by G-Unit’s Tony Yayo, Whoo Kid and Saturday Night Live’s Jay Pharoah gave Pat the honors of dumping them with ice cold water for the cause. Check out the hilarious video below.
