Robert Loggia, who played drug king pin Frank Lopez, in the classic 1983 movie Scarface doesn’t think “upgrading” the movie will be such a good idea. Universal is talking about doing a newer version of Scarface and Loggia said “Scarface is a classic that should rest in peace, enough said!” when he was recently asked about it. Why would you want to redo or “upgrade” such a classic like Scarface?! Especially since the Scarface we all know and love is a remake itself from a 1932 movie. Tony Montana(Al Pacino) was “A political prisoner from Cuba,” who started at the bottom and did what he had to do to become the “Man.” The movie has been released on Blu-Ray and the cast came together at the release party. Al Pacino thanked the hiphop community for keeping the movie alive and relevant 20 years later. Hit the jump to read the rest of the story and see the video. Funk Flex Find Flex On Google+
