I hate having to report something so sad! If any of you are like me, you’ve been a reality TV junkie for a while, so you’re sure to know Real and Chance! The two are brothers that first appeared on VH1’s “I Love New York,” then got their own spinoff, “Real Chance Of Love.” Sadly, 33-year-old Real (aka Ahmad Givens) has been diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer, and he will remain hospitalized until doctors can figure out a course of action. This all came very quick, too. Real first got sick in January, but he simply thought it was the flu. He then went back to the hospital at least 4 times since then, and was initially told something was wrong with his liver. It was only just last week that doctors informed him it was colon cancer. It will require a lot of money to get through the treatment at Cedars-Sinai, so Real and his family are asking for your help. Via my girl Cali (who competed on their show), donation information is available in the gallery. Our prayers are with you, Real!
