Adele is sending her mom, Penny Adkins, a HUGE thank you for everything she’s done. Adkins, who raised Adele alone, held down two jobs, just trying her best to encourage her daughter to keep singing. The Skyfall singer has handed over a London apartment to her mother, worth just under $1 million! The apartment was worth a grand total of $950,000.00. Adele also owns a $8.8 million home in the same Notting Hill neighborhood and is also renting a house in Beverly Hills. Her relationship with her fabulous ‘mum’ is nothing like her relationship with her estranged father. She hasn’t seen her father in 2 years and won’t even let poor gramps come near his little grandchild (which she’s super overprotective of, see photos below!)
Adele Scheduled To Perform At The Oscars ???

Adele’s ’21’ Is Top-Selling LP For Second Straight Year!!!
Adele has been absolutely on fire since she hit the music scene. Her mega-smash 21 was 2012’s best-selling album in the United States, marking the first time during the SoundScan era that the same album has taken that top spot two years in a row, Billboard reports. The album hasn’t left the Billboard 200, nor the weekly top 40, since its debut on March 21st, 2011. Adele hasn’t even been in the news for nothing more than her being a mommy now. She’s taken some time off, but she hasn’t stopped collecting the monies for her album “21” that has gone DIAMOND status. I didn’t even know such a category existed. “21” has remained on the charts for 43 weeks coming in with a strong 10MiL+ sales.
