Hip Hop veteran Ice T has discussed the makings and influence behind the classic sampling of his ’99 Problems’ track, inspired by a line said by 2 Live Crew’s Brother Marquis. Ice T explained that the line came after Brother Marquis and himself were reminiscing on the wonders of the strip club when Marquis simply said ‘Man, I got 99 Problems and a B***h aint one!’ The rest was history.
