Kanye Workout Plan? Rob Kardashian Losing 50 Pounds!

Rob Kardashian is not trying stay big any longer, so he’ll be kicking his Kanye workout plan into play! E! News sources revealed that “He wants to lose over 50 lbs.,” and that sister/roomate Khloe Kardashian will be his biggest supporter. He plans to workout and eat healthy to get back to how he used to be. Sources say he’s looking to attend more events and examine new business ventures, but he’s taking it very slow. Rob has been battling depression, which has been the main factor in his recent weight gains, so we’re proud of him taking time to get back to being healthy.

Kim Kardashian revealed her dramatic post-baby weight loss in black underwear and a see-through lace dress on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno on Wednesday night. Kim said the ‘ridiculous’ criticism she received for putting on the weight was incredibly painful. ‘I can honestly say it was the greatest challenge of my life,’ she said. And she confirmed reports she lost the weight on the Atkins Diet, adding ‘it worked for me’. See the results below!
